消息面上，2024年11月15日，柏能集团成功以介绍方式在新加坡证券交易所主板二次上市。据悉，柏能集团是全球第二大GPU显卡生产厂，旗下拥有索泰、映众、万丽等子品牌。柏能集团已将公司总部迁至新加坡，成立PC Partner Singapore PTE Ltd；其显卡生产线也将从中国迁移至印尼。
在AI带动PC及硬件市场快速增长的趋势下，柏能集团上半年实现收入49.44亿港元，同比增加18.4%；股东应占溢利1.94亿港元，同比增加865.7%。收入增加主要由2024财年上半年ODM/OEM图像显示卡订单增加使图像显示卡销售额上升带动。
