金吾财讯 | 红星美凯龙(01528)震荡走高，截止发稿，涨14.04%，报2.03港元，成交额6540.28万港元。另外，A股美凯龙(601828)同步上扬，涨5.92%，报3.4元人民币，成交额1.1亿元人民币。美凯龙日前表示，从调研来看，家电消费中存量换新的需求较家居更多，家居更多的是交易性房产带来的刚性需求，补贴用完的省市地区是会体现消费者观望等待的现象，随着地产数据回暖，交易性房产刚性需求叠加消费补贴政策在2025年还会继续带动家居消费，另外家居的存量换新需求也有待卖场和品牌继续挖掘。美凯龙还表示，2024年地产以及家居刺激政策能有效提升市场信心，市场信心的提升意味着更高的租赁需求和稳定的租金收入，近期的地产和消费利好政策对公司具有较大的积极影响。另外，银河基金最新调研报告显示，公司与阿里巴巴双方将在新零售门店建设、电商平台搭建、物流仓配和安装服务商体系、消费金融、支付系统等方面开展战略合作；公司与字节跳动旗下的两大 2B 平台“巨量引擎”及“火山引擎”联手启动了“双擎计划”，探索基于家居行业场景下的营销新模式。
