新浪科技讯 1月2日上午消息，企查查APP显示，近日，成长奋斗者网络科技（北京）有限公司发生工商变更，注册资本从1万元增加到50万元；经营范围新增“鞋帽零售；皮革制品销售；箱包销售；服装服饰零售等”业务；同时，公司的主要人员亦发生变更。

　　企查查显示，成长奋斗者网络科技（北京）有限公司成立于2024年6月，法定代表人为张书芳，由张莘鑫、陈涛共同持股。

　　资料显示，成长吧奋斗者由Faraday Future（FF）创始人贾跃亭创建，旨在将其个人IP商业化。贾跃亭希望通过此平台解决FF的沟通问题，并期望赚取资金以偿还债务、支持公司运营。据悉，成长吧奋斗者的核心业务是围绕视频及直播电商商业化、相关品牌衍生品的商业化、知识赋能等开展业务。目前，该账号共有2.3万粉丝。（罗宁）
