智通财经APP讯，当代置业(01107)发布公告，除日期为2024年6月27日的公告所载联交所于2024年6月20日提供的复牌指引(初步复牌指引)外，公司于2025年1月2日接获联交所函件，据此联交所向公司提供额外复牌指引(见下文第(d)段)(额外复牌指引，连同初步复牌指引，统称“复牌指引”)。
复牌指引的详情如下：(a)刊发所有未刊发财务业绩并处理任何审计修订;(b)证明公司已遵守上市规则第13.24条;(c)向市场通报公司股东及其他投资者评估公司状况的所有重大资料;(d)重新遵守上市规则第13.92条。
