【摩根士丹利：高鑫零售遭阿里巴巴出售 料股价反应负面】金十数据1月2日讯，摩根士丹利发表研究报告指，阿里巴巴(09988.HK)宣布出售所持的高鑫零售(06808.HK)股权，每股作价1.38港元，若透过递延结算方案则最高可收取每股1.58港元，远低于上个交易日收市价2.48港元，因此预料高鑫股价将有负面反应。但大摩亦指出，由于高鑫零售的每股资产净值为2.5港元，或可能在作价之上找到支持。若交易完成后将触发强制性要约，非阿里股东若接受要约，视乎高鑫2028财年EBITDA表现，可选择以每股1.38元的全额预付结算，或加上每股0.2元股份利息后部分递延结算，每股作价超过1.58港元。大摩目前估高鑫2025财年EBITDA将达24亿元人民币。大摩给予高鑫与大市同步评级，目标价2.4港元。
