智通财经APP获悉，中资券商股全线走低，截至发稿，中信证券(06030)跌5.85%，报20.1港元；国联证券(01456)跌5.21%，报4.37港元；中信建投证券(06066)跌5.4%，报9.29港元；招商证券(06099)跌5.25%，报15.18港元。
消息面上，Choice数据统计显示，截至2024年12月31日，A股市场有100家公司首发IPO，共募集资金667.76亿元。相比2023年全年，首发上市的公司数量减少了213家，募资资金规模也相应减少了2897.63亿元，同比下降超过8成。与之对应的是，券商的相关投行业务也随之出现大幅度下滑。展望2025年IPO市场，业内人士表示，A股市场新股将会继续以科学合理的方式进行常态发行。
此外，中航证券研报称，目前监管明确鼓励行业内整合，在政策推动证券行业高质量发展的趋势下，并购重组是券商实现外延式发展的有效手段，券商并购重组对提升行业整体竞争力、优化资源配置以及促进市场健康发展具有积极作用，同时行业整合有助于提高行业集中度，形成规模效应。预计行业内并购重组事项将持续加速推进
