金吾财讯 | 在餐饮行业,各企业面临着不同的经营状况与市场预期。从成本端来看,摩根士丹利餐饮商品指数在12月同比上涨19.3%,较11月上升50个基点,2024财年全年上涨24%,其中鸡蛋、咖啡、西红柿和牛肉等推动了12月的上涨。部分企业如布林克国际(EAT)等在成本控制与经营策略上各有进展与挑战。从销售端来看,11月行业同店销售额数据有所加速,Black Box Intelligence数据显示为2.7%,各细分市场均有增长,快餐服务(QSR)、快速休闲(FC)和休闲餐饮(CDR)分别增长至3.8%、4.0%和5.3%,但Bloomberg Second Measure数据显示12月中旬餐厅销售中位数增长平均为-5%。
摩根士丹利认为,餐饮行业整体在2025年面临着食品成本上涨的压力,尽管部分商品价格波动,但整体趋势向上,不过各企业受影响程度因自身供应链管理和定价策略而异。劳动力市场方面,餐厅小时工资通胀率降至3.9%,但不同类型餐厅有别,快餐服务工资通胀加速而全服务餐厅下降,整体行业工资增长预计短期内维持在3-5%。在消费端,消费者信心略有上升,可支配收入增长有所加快,但个人储蓄率下降,行业增长预计仍低于历史5-6%的区间,今年接近4%。大摩对整体行业的评级分布为“增持(Overweight)”占38%、“中性(Equal weight)”占46%、“减持(Underweight)”占16%。
