港铁(00066.HK) 正进入重大投资期，综合本地传媒引述接近港铁消息人士指，保守估计未来十年、即至2034年前港铁投资需求高达2,000亿元，高于公司现时市值约1,653亿元，预料需要通过发债，以及出售部分所持收租项目权益来进行融资。消息人士指港铁或以“组合拳”方式融资，包括考虑发行30年长期债券，以降低现金流压力，相信负债比率有空间从现时的约30%提高至60%。
