智通财经APP获悉，高鑫零售(06808)低开近15%，截至发稿，跌14.92%，报2.11港元，成交额50.01万港元。
消息面上，1月1日晚，高鑫零售发布公告称，要约人Paragon Shine Limited向阿里巴巴持有的New Retail、淘宝中国及吉鑫控股(卖方)，收购高鑫零售逾75.077亿股股份，占已发行股份约78.7%，总代价103.606亿港元。要约人将按例就全部已发行股份作出现金要约，要约价每股1.38港元，并提出购股权要约。
要约人由DCP Capital 旗下基金 DCP Capital Partners II, L.P. 间接拥有100%权益。阿里巴巴子公司及 New Retail已停止与另一潜在要约人就另一潜在要约人对该公司作出的任何潜在要约进行进一步讨论。高鑫零售2025年上半财年（截至2024年9月30日）业绩显示，期内实现营业收入347.08亿元，同比减少2.96%；实现归母净利润2.06亿元，去年同期为亏损3.59亿元，实现扭亏为盈。
