消息面上，和铂医药日前宣布，公司已决定行使购回授权，并根据市况不时于公开市场购回股份，以使用最多4000万港元的资金进行建议股份购回。此外，公司或会根据市场情况，在适用授权范围内进一步回购。此次股份回购计划不仅彰显了公司管理层对未来业务增长的信心，也体现了公司提升股东价值的承诺。公司当前的财务资源将使其能够在维持稳健财务状况的同时实施股份回购。
另外，和铂医药近期公告，公司全资附属公司诺纳生物，与Candid已就开发下一代T细胞衔接器达成一项研究合作及授权协议。根据协议条款，诺纳生物有权获得首付款和潜在里程碑付款最高达3.2亿美元。Candid将负责产品的所有后续开发工作。
