【#律师谈超市丢托盘让每人赔500元#：员工可向劳动监察大队投诉】据北京广播电视台“北京时间”报道，近日，北京一市民反映，物美超市在近十年间丢失了大量装货用的木制托盘，总价值约一两千万，这笔损失被要求由全体员工分摊，每人至少需要承担500多元费用，引发员工不满。陕西恒达律师事务所高级合伙人赵良善认为，物美超市无端让全体员工分摊损失的行为显然不合理、不合法。赵良善表示，物美超市装货托盘丢失，无外乎是物美超市自身管理不善或者盗窃行为所致，其无理由将此责任和风险转嫁给无辜的全体员工，对此，员工有权“说不”，而且可选择向当地劳动监察大队投诉反映，由劳动监察大队予以核查，并依法依规处置，捍卫员工的合法权益。@九派新闻
