财中社1月2日电万达酒店发展(00169)发布公告,更新了其在芝加哥物业项目的权益出售情况。截至公告日期,借款人已拖欠该等后偿票据项下的递延金额及利息约2.93亿美元,且这一拖欠仍在持续。卖方(本公司之非全资附属公司)拟强制执行作为该等后偿票据抵押而订立之按揭。
为保护卖方的权益,卖方与借款人及担保人于2024年12月30日(美国时间)签订了执行协议,规定了特定公寓单位的交付及相关权利的保障。根据中期报告,截至2024年6月30日,公司已确认与递延金额及利息相关的长期应收款项产生了约1.26亿美元的减值亏损。
尽管芝加哥项目的出售确认了减值亏损,董事会表示公司的营收业务依然稳健,预计于近期持续为集团带来稳定的收益流。
