消息面上，12月27日，思摩尔国际发布购股权计划及股份奖励售出计划，拟向陈志平先生及12名参与者授出6100万份、226万份购股权，授予价格为每股11.26港元，并计划向9名参与者授出141.6万股奖励股份。中金认为，公司此次股权激励市值目标设置积极，中长期维度考核彰显管理层战略定力及发展信心，核心骨干考核目标设置合理，可高效绑定核心团队利益，调动员工积极性及内部发展动力。
此外，英美烟草近期在塞尔维亚推出最新一代加热烟草设备Glo Hilo及其高端型号GloHilo Plus。第一上海指，公司与英美烟草达成合作，通过分成模式进行利润分配，预期自2025年下半年起，公司利润将逐步增厚，而到2026年，利润有望呈现爆发式的增长态势，展现出强劲的发展动力和盈利潜力，为公司的长期发展奠定坚实基础。
