新浪科技讯 1月2日上午消息，实体零售新年收购“第一枪”打响。1月1日晚，阿里巴巴宣布子公司及New Retail与德弘资本达成交易，以最高约131.38亿港元出售所持高鑫零售全部股权，合计占高鑫零售已发行股份的78.7%。据了解，德弘资本（DCP Capital）是由前KKR亚洲合伙团队创建的私募股权投资公司。这笔交易也是近4个月以来国内实体零售行业的第二笔大额收购案。2024年9月23日，名创优品斥资63亿入主永辉超市，是去年最大的一笔实体零售收购案。
