中国钱包(00802.HK) 公布，截至昨日(2日)仍未能联络到失联管理层。由于上述原因及该集团未保存任何相关会计文件，包括但不限于管理账目、全套总账及分类账、总分类账及证明文件，董事会认为自今年1月1日起已失去对多间附属公司的控制权，包括RCG Hong Kong Holdings Limited、RCG (Hong Kong) Limited、宏霸数码有限公司、Goodwill Alliance International Limited、中国联合支付控股有限公司及华付通联科技(深圳)有限公司。
中国钱包指，自今年1月1日起，该等附属公司的业绩、资产、负债及现金流量不再纳入该集团综合财务报表。据可得的资料，终止综合入账之未经审核预期亏损可能约3.08亿元，并将于截至2024年12月31日止年度的综合财务报表中确认。
另外，应中国钱包要求，其股份自2024年4月2日起于联交所停牌，并会继续暂停买卖，直至另行通知为止。(js/w)
