智通财经APP讯，和黄医药(00013)发布公告，于2024年12月31日，卖方上海和黄医药投资(香港)有限公司(公司的全资附属公司)：就以总购买价人民币34.83亿元(约4.73亿美元)出售金浦健服待售股份(占上海和黄药业35%的股权)与金浦健服股权投资管理订立金浦健服购股协议;及就以总购买价人民币9.95亿元(约1.35亿美元)出售上海医药待售股份(占上海和黄药业10%的股权)与上海医药订立上海医药购股协议。
公告称，由于集团的核心业务为发现、全球开发和商业化治疗癌症和免疫性疾病的靶向药物和免疫疗法(包括推进新一代抗体靶向偶联药物项目)，故建议出售事项将透过将营运自有品牌处方药业务的上海和黄药业合资企业的相关价值变现，从而进一步优化集团的资本及债务结构(包括提高其现金结余并减少其境内债务水平)，以及让集团将资源集中在其核心业务领域。
