智通财经APP讯，美中嘉和(02453)发布公告，近期，本公司与妙佑医学教育和研究基金会(Mayo Foundation for Medical Education and Research)(妙佑医疗国际)已订立合作协议，妙佑医疗国际同意向本集团提供有关组织目标及临床实践的咨询服务(合作)。协议期限为3年。
董事会谨此强调，合作的实施构成双方之间长期合作的基础，此项合作须待签立明确的工作说明书后方可作实。根据自签立日期起计的首个年度的工作说明书，合作将聚焦于改进本集团医院项目临床专科的规划及临床服务能力。
董事会认为，协议乃由本公司与妙佑医疗国际经公平磋商后，根据一般商业条款订立，而有关合作符合本公司及其股东的整体利益。
集团拟透过实行妙佑医疗国际的建议，提高管理效率及效益，以增强医疗实践及患者护理。同时，本公司将与妙佑医疗国际合作，利用其于医疗方面的全球专业知识及在中国市场的实践。此外，合作为本地及国际医疗专家加强沟通提供了机会。
