智通财经APP获悉，2025年1月2日，礼来中国宣布穆峰达®(替尔泊肽注射液)正式在中国上市，同时覆盖两项适应症。
两项适应症：
在饮食控制和运动基础上，接受二甲双胍和/或磺脲类药物治疗血糖仍控制不佳的成人2型糖尿病(以下简称：T2DM)患者；
在控制饮食和增加运动基础上，初始体重指数(BMI)符合以下要求的成人的长期体重管理：≥28kg/m(肥胖)，或≥24kg/m(超重)并伴有至少一种体重相关合并症(例如高血压、血脂异常、高血糖、阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停、心血管疾病等)。
以上适应症分别于2024年5月和7月获得国家药品监督管理局批准。
我国成人糖尿病患者人数约为1.48亿。目前近一半的中国糖尿病患者血糖控制不达标（HbA1c≥7.0%）。穆峰达®能够直接和间接地作用于多种导致T2DM病理生理缺陷的器官与组织，可在胰岛β细胞等核心致病组织中发挥更强疗效。
穆峰达®目前在中国上市的4种规格为：2.5mg: 0.5ml，5mg: 0.5ml，7.5mg: 0.5ml，10mg: 0.5ml。
