智通财经APP讯，邮储银行(01658)发布公告，该行董事会于2025年1月2日举行会议，审议并通过了关于提名郑国雨先生为该行非执行董事候选人的议案。选举郑国雨先生为该行非执行董事的议案将提交该行股东大会审议。郑国雨先生的董事任职资格尚待国家金融监督管理总局核准，其董事任期3年，自国家金融监督管理总局核准其任职资格之日起计算。
同日，董事会亦审议并通过了关于选举郑国雨先生为该行董事长的议案，其董事长任职资格尚待国家金融监督管理总局核准，任期3年，自国家金融监督管理总局核准其任职资格之日起计算。根据该行公司章程规定，郑国雨先生任职资格获国家金融监督管理总局核准后，将同时担任该行法定代表人及董事会战略规划委员会主席及委员。自郑国雨先生任职之日起，刘建军先生将不再代为履行该行董事长、董事会战略规划委员会主席职务，并不再代为履行该行法定代表人职责。
