消息面上，美中嘉和发布公告，近期，公司与妙佑医学教育和研究基金会(Mayo Foundationfor Medical Education and Research)已订立合作协议，据此，妙佑医疗国际同意向集团提供有关组织目标及临床实践的咨询服务。协议期限为三(3)年。
董事会谨此强调，合作的实施构成双方间长期合作的基础，此项合作须待签立明确的工作说明书后方可作实。根据自签立日期起计的首个年度的工作说明书，合作将聚焦于改进集团医院项目临床专科的规划及临床服务能力。
