智通财经APP讯，顺龙控股(00361)发布公告，经公司向接管人作出查询后，于本公布日期，接管人一直在就出售押记资产与一些入围的潜在买家(包括自公司日期为2024年12月2日的上一份每月更新公布以来的一位新潜在买家)进行讨论，而彼等亦已接获若干该等潜在投资者的不具约束力要约。现时尚未达致销售，亦未就可能交易订立任何确实交易文件。
根据收购守则规则3.7，公司将每月刊发公布，载列可能交易的进展，直至根据收购守则规则3.5公布作出要约的确实意图或决定不继续进行要约为止。
