智通财经APP获悉，新特能源(01799)跌超4%，截至发稿，跌3.87%，报7.2港元，成交额1278.94万港元。
消息面上，12月24日，因新特能源及其保荐人撤回发行上市申请，上交所终止其主板发行上市审核。据悉，新特能源原计划募资88亿元，通过建议发行A股募集资金建设年产20万吨高端电子级多晶硅绿色低碳循环经济建设项目，其中一期10万吨项目已使用本公司自筹资金于2023年8月建成投产，结合目前光伏产业链上下游供需关系和市场环境，二期10万吨项目暂无建设计划。
新特能源2024年首三季度业绩显示，该公司实现收入164.62亿元，同比下降29.12%，股东净亏损14.05亿元。机构指出，多晶硅行业亏损严重，大厂自愿遵守行业自律启动减产检修，以优化行业供需格局，截止2024年12月26日，全国多晶硅开工率仅35%，考虑到西南地区一般于次年5/6月份进入丰水期，预计一季度产量难以恢复。
