智通财经APP获悉，摩根士丹利发布研究报告称，予高鑫零售(06808)“大市同步”评级，目标价2.4港元。阿里巴巴-SW(09988)出售高鑫零售，或令高鑫股价有负面反应，由于要约价远交易公布前收市价。
不过，该行认为高鑫零售股价在要约价水平上可获支持，该行保守估计高鑫零售每股资产净值2.5港元。大摩还称，一旦少于90%非阿里巴巴股东接受要约，高鑫零售仍将继续维持上市地位。虽然阿里与德弘资本旗下基金就交易达成共识，但仍尚待监管部门批准。
