智通财经APP获悉，iBio(IBIO.US)周四宣布，获得AstralBio的长效抗肌生长抑制素抗体的许可，从而将扩大其心脏代谢和肥胖治疗开发项目。该抗体目前被命名为iBio -600，由AstralBio使用iBio的专有技术鉴定，设计用于皮下给药，具有延长半衰期的潜力。
根据协议，AstralBio将获得75万美元的预付款，iBio通过向AstralBio发行普通股的方式支付了这笔款项。截至发稿，iBio美股盘前上涨2.04%。
此外，AstralBio将有资格获得总计高达2800万美元的开发和商业化里程碑付款。如果iBio对已授权产品进行再授权，AstralBio将从收益中获得2%-7%的再授权费用。
同时，iBio启动了一项针对肌生长抑制素/激活素a的双特异性抗体计划，利用其专有的药物发现平台和iBio -600技术治疗肥胖和心脏代谢紊乱。
