Arrow Financial (AROW) said Thursday that its subsidiary, Glens Falls National Bank and Trust, has combined with its affiliate bank, Saratoga National Bank and Trust, and the resulting bank has legally changed its name to Arrow Bank National Association.
The company said that the leadership team will remain unchanged, staffing will not be affected and customers can continue to use the same bank branch locations.
Arrow Bank will start rolling out new branding this month and will remain part of Arrow Financial under its new name, the company said.
