智通财经APP讯，中国农产品交易(00149)及WANG ON GROUP(01222)发布公告，于2025年1月2日(交易时段后)，洛阳宏进(中国农产品的全资附属公司)与海尔就租赁资产的售后回租订立售后回租协议及咨询服务协议，售价为人民币5100万元。租赁资产包括洛阳宏进所拥有涉及大棚及若干设备的洛阳市若干建筑项目。
透过订立售后回租安排，宏安集团及中国农产品集团双方将能够更有效地管理彼等的营运资金，原因是售价将由海尔支付，而现金流可透过后续租赁安排更有效地管理。宏安集团及中国农产品集团的营运将不会因出售租赁资产而受到不利影响，因为该等资产将即时租回给洛阳宏进。
