【瑞银：中国铁塔通过股份合并及削减股本 利好机构投资者及长远派息】金十数据1月2日讯，中国铁塔(00788.HK)早前公布股东通过建议股份合并及削减股本的法案，料由2月20日起生效。瑞银发表报告指，潜在的股份整合和每手股数调整应该为机构投资者创造一个更友好的交易环境。在整合后料波动应该会变得剧烈，每手的金额将是之前的2.5倍。该行对公司的评级中性，目标价1.15港元。另外，该行亦指，中国铁塔必须将全年纯利的10%分配到法定储备中，这一要求将持续到储备余额达到注册资本的50%。随着注册资本被削减至之前的十分之一，较低的法定储备要求将释放出更多可分配利润，为长期的股息支付提供了更大的空间。
