Modern Dental (HKG:3600) Chief Executive Officer Ngai Shing Kin retired from his post effective Wednesday to "pave the way for a new generation of leadership," according to a filing on Dec. 31, 2024 with the Hong Kong exchange.
Chan Ronald Yik Long succeeded Ngai as CEO of the dental supplies company effective the same day, the filing said.
Shares fell 2% during Thursday's morning trading.
