消息面上，据市场消息报道，1月1日，红星美凯龙表示，从调研来看，家电消费中存量换新的需求较家居更多，家居更多的是交易性房产带来的刚性需求，补贴用完的省市地区是会体现消费者观望等待的现象，随着地产数据回暖，交易性房产刚性需求叠加消费补贴政策在2025年还会继续带动家居消费，另外家居的存量换新需求也有待卖场和品牌继续挖掘。
红星美凯龙还表示，2024年地产以及家居刺激政策能有效提升市场信心，市场信心的提升意味着更高的租赁需求和稳定的租金收入；其次，政策中包括了对房企的融资支持，例如经营性贷款延期、新增贷款支持等，有助于改善公司的融资环境，降低融资成本；再次，政府鼓励家居消费，放开限购将带动家居行业回暖，公司将受益于消费市场复苏，提升经营收入；最后，地产止跌回稳，也将有利于提升公司持有的大量投资性房地产的资产价值，进而提升公司的资产质量和财务表现。
综上，近期的地产和消费利好政策对公司具有较大的积极影响。
