智通财经APP获悉，美中嘉和(02453)盘中涨超35%，截至发稿，涨27.64%，报14.04港元，成交额3813.07万港元。
消息面上，2024年12月18日，美中嘉和宣布与中关村科技租赁签订融资租赁协议，本金总额不超过2亿元，为期四年，通过售后回租医疗设备获取资金。公司认为，订立该协议将通过补充营运资金的方式拓宽公司的融资渠道，增强流动资金来源，优化资本结构。
值得注意的是，美中嘉和此前公告称，中国国家药品监督管理局已于2024年12月6日批准公司设备供应商的质子治疗设备医疗器械注册证的注册申请。美中嘉和公众号12月12日表示，公司旗下广州泰和肿瘤医院质子治疗中心将于2024年12月16日投入运营，正式开机治疗肿瘤患者。
