消息面上，信义玻璃发布公告，截至2024年12月31日止年度(2024年财政年度)，公司权益持有人应占的综合纯利(纯利)金额预期较截至2023年12月31日止年度(2023年财政年度)的纯利人民币48.83亿元减少30%至40%。纯利金额减少乃主要由于以下原因：
截至2024年12月31日止六个月内，对比去年同期，集团浮法玻璃业务的收益及毛利较去年同期下降，是由于中国房地产市场低迷，新建物业项目数量，中国的浮法玻璃产品的需求及市场价格大幅下跌所致; 集团于中国永久停产的生产设施的出售亏损；及截至2024年12月31日止六个月，应占公司联营公司信义光能控股有限公司(信义光能，一间于联交所上市的公司(股份代号：00968))的溢利减少。
