Chery selected JPMorgan Chase & Co as one of the arrangers of Chery Automobile's initial public offering in Hong Kong in 2025, the South China Morning Post reported Tuesday, citing people familiar with the matter.
The automobile manufacturer selected China International Capital Corp. (HKG:3908, SHA:601995), GF Securities (HKG:1776, SHE:000776), and Huatai International as arrangers, the report said, citing a previous Bloomberg report.
Chery Automobile's IPO could help the automaker raise up to $1 billion, according to the report.
