消息面上，宏强控股发布公告，于2024年12月31日，公司拟向认购人(吕宇健先生)发行及配发合共1.27亿股，相当于公司于本公告日期的已发行股本约16.0%；及公司经扩大后的已发行股本约13.8%。认购价为每股认购股份0.019港元，较12月31日收市价每股0.023港元折让约17.4%。
认购事项的所得款项总额将约为240万港元，而认购事项的所得款项净额估计约为230万港元。公司拟将认购事项的所得款项净额悉数用作集团的一般营运资金。
