智通财经APP获悉，绿城中国(03900)涨近3%，截至发稿，涨2.81%，报9.52港元，成交额2202.43万港元。
消息面上，绿城中国发布公告，于2024年12月31日绿城房地产建设管理(公司非全资附属公司)与三亚凰卓投资订立该协议。根据该协议，绿城房地产建设管理同意就该项目向项目公司提供项目管理服务。
根据该协议，项目公司将告成立，该公司将为中国交建的间接全资附属公司。三亚凰卓投资及绿城房地产建设管理同意，三亚凰卓投资、绿城房地产建设管理与项目公司将订立补充协议，据此，三亚凰卓投资将其在该协议项下的全部权利及责任转让予项目公司。该项目位于海南省三亚市海棠区，总建筑面积约为15.89万平方米，计划开发为住宅物业。
董事会认为，该等协议将使集团能够利用其于中国物业开发及项目管理方面的技术、专业知识及经验，推动该项目的建设工程及提升其品质，从而无需投入大量资本即可获得收入。公司相信，该项目将为集团提供持续稳定的项目管理费收入。参与该项目有利于公司在海南省品牌深耕，拓展项目管理业务。
