乐居财经李兰1月1日，阿里巴巴-W(09988.HK)发布公告，子公司及NewRetail与买方德弘资本订立买卖协议，出售所持高鑫零售全部股权，合计占高鑫零售已发行股份总数约78.7%。
根据协议，阿里巴巴子公司及NewRetail将有权就待售股份收取最高金额约131.38亿港元，相当于1.75港元/股。
阿里巴巴表示，出售事项被认为是阿里巴巴集团将其非核心资产变现的良机，并可利用所得款项更加聚焦于核心业务发展并提升股东回报。
资料显示，2017年，阿里巴巴首次入股高鑫零售，2020年进一步增持后，高鑫零售成为阿里巴巴集团的并表子公司。2024年10月，高鑫零售发布公告，向市场告知有买家有意收购。
高鑫零售的主要业务为经营线下实体卖场及线上销售渠道，并销售以生鲜产品、快消品（快速消费品）、纺织品、电器设备及一般商品为主的商品，覆盖全国超过200个城市，并在中国大陆拥有超过120项物业。
高鑫零售于2024年9月30日未审核净资产约为217.98亿人民币。截至2024年3月31日止年度，高鑫零售除税前及除税后经审核净亏损分别为14.34亿元及16.68亿元。
