Bank OZK raised its dividend by one cent, to 42 cents.
The new dividend, equal to $1.68 a share, represents an annual yield of about 3.8% based on Thursday's closing price of $43.83.
The Little Rock, Ark., regional bank said the higher dividend will be paid Jan. 21 to shareholders of record as of Jan. 14.
