智通财经APP获悉，信义玻璃(00868)午后跌近5%，截至发稿，跌4.94%，报7.5港元，成交额7713.17万港元。
消息面上，信义玻璃发布公告，预计年度净利润同比减少30%至40%。公告称，纯利金额减少主要由于中国房地产市场低迷，新建物业项目数量，中国的浮法玻璃产品的需求及市场价格大幅下跌；集团于中国永久停产的生产设施的出售亏损；应占公司联营公司信义光能控股有限公司的溢利减少。
中金发布研究报告称，信义光能24年下半年亏损程度较大。该行指出，目前光伏装机进入淡季，玻璃库存天数仍处于高位，价格上涨困难，并且玻璃价格涨幅低于天然气价格涨幅，认为2025一季度盈利情况将进一步恶化。
