　　2024年12月18日，美中嘉和宣布与中关村科技租赁签订融资租赁协议，本金总额不超过2亿元，为期四年，通过售后回租医疗设备获取资金。公司认为，订立该协议将通过补充营运资金的方式拓宽公司的融资渠道，增强流动资金来源，优化资本结构。
