智通财经APP获悉，周二，第一联合(UNF.US)大涨超30%，股价突破200美元大关，报219.62美元。消息面上，据报道，制服供应商信达思(CTAS.US)计划以51亿美元收购竞争对手第一联合。报道称，信达思提出以每股275美元的价格收购第一联合的普通股和B类股票，该报道援引了最近几周发送给第一联合董事会的信件。报道指出，在第一联合董事会多次拒绝与信达思进行交易谈判后，信达思预计将很快公开披露收购要约。
