专题：蜜雪冰城继续赴港IPO！收入高度依赖加盟店

　　茶饮企业，或再掀赴港上市的浪潮。

　　短短半个月，3家茶饮在港交所递交招股书，分别是去年12月15日递表的古茗、12月27日递表的沪上阿姨，以及今年1月1日递表的蜜雪冰城。

　　这卷土而来的3家茶饮，均是第二次递交上市申请。

　　去年只有1家茶饮企业茶百道（02555.HK）成功上市，不过与2021年上市的奈雪的茶（02150.HK）一样表现不佳，截至上周五（2025年1月3日）收市，奈雪的茶收报1.34港元、较IPO发行价（每股19.80港元）下跌93.23%，茶百道收报10.48港元、较IPO发行价（每股17.50港元）下跌40.11%。

　　除了上述的5家茶饮外，目前准备IPO的包括霸王茶姬（可能美国上市）、新时沏奶茶（可能香港上市）、茶颜悦色（传闻可能放弃香港上市、改赴美国IPO），可能还包括门店排名靠前的甜啦啦、益禾堂、书亦烧仙草、喜茶、CoCo都可、1点点、一鸣真鲜奶爸、柠季手打柠檬茶、林里手打柠檬茶等。
