智通财经APP获悉，家电股盘中逆市走强，截至发稿，海信家电(00921)涨3.28%，报26.8港元；海尔智家(06690)涨2.09%，报26.85港元；TCL电子(01070)涨1.13%，报6.28港元；美的集团(00300)涨0.26%，报76.85港元。
消息面上，1月8日，国家发展改革委、财政部发布关于2025年加力扩围实施大规模设备更新和消费品以旧换新政策的通知。其中指出，加力支持家电产品以旧换新。继续支持冰箱、洗衣机、电视、空调、电脑、热水器、家用灶具、吸油烟机等8类家电产品以旧换新，将微波炉、净水器、洗碗机、电饭煲等4类家电产品纳入补贴范围。
个人消费者购买上述12类家电中2级能效或水效标准的产品，补贴标准为产品销售价格的15%；1级能效或水效标准的产品，补贴标准为产品销售价格的20%。每位消费者每类产品可补贴1件(空调产品最多可补贴3件)，每件补贴不超过2000元。2024年已享受某类家电产品以旧换新补贴的个人消费者，2025年购买同类家电产品可继续享受补贴。
国信证券发布研报称，2024年以旧换新政策对家电销售带动效果明显，已带动家电销售超2000亿，11月大家电外销依然维持高景气，家空及央空增长靓丽。12月底以来，已有约20个省市宣布2025年家电以旧换新跨年度衔接政策，2025年以旧换新政策延续，有望持续拉动家电换新需求的释放，带动家电业绩增长。
