富力地产签署出售框架协议
财中社1月7日电富力地产（02777）发布公告，宣布与海南航孝、北京富力城、北京富力天创、目标公司和力量秦皇岛签署出售框架协议。根据出售框架协议条款，北京富力城、北京富力天创将转让，以及力量秦皇岛将收购目标公司100%股权，代价为0。公司将向力量秦皇岛转让，以及力量秦皇岛将受让公司所持合计6.17亿元的目标公司债券，价格为人民币5.65亿元。此外，海南航孝与力量秦皇岛的物业购买框架协议也将终止。
截至公告日期，力量发展集团根据物业框架协议向公司支付部分款项5.65亿元，股权转让及出售框架协议项下的其他交易已完成，公司不再持有目标公司任何权益。交易事项的最高适用百分比率为5%或以上但低于25%，因此构成须予披露交易，需遵守上市规则相关规定。待最终审核后，预计公司将就交易事项亏损约2.86亿元。
