智通财经APP获悉，万洲国际(00288)涨超2%，截至发稿，涨2.25%，报5.92港元，成交额7855.24万港元。
消息面上，万洲国际子公司史密斯菲尔德食品已提交在美国首次公开募股（IPO）的文件，其在声明中表示计划在纳斯达克上市，股票代码为“SFD”。万洲国际称，史密斯菲尔德发售预期将于市场状况许可的情况下开始，并须待证交会宣布该注册声明生效。
现时，拟于史密斯菲尔德发售中发售及出售的史密斯菲尔德股份数目及金额尚未确定。公司将适时就史密斯菲尔德发售刊发进一步公告。中金此前指，预计史密斯菲尔德分拆上市有利于集团强化区域管理和集资能力，另外有利于提振万洲国际整体估值。
