智通财经APP获悉，腾盛博药-B(02137)早盘涨超8%，截至发稿，涨5%，报1.05港元，成交额152.78万港元。
消息面上，腾盛博药此前发布公告称，考虑到公司股价现时处于业绩、资产价值及业务前景被低估的水平，董事会于2024年12月20日决议动用购回授权，不时因应市况于公开市场积极推行场内股份购回计划。根据该股份购回计划，用于购回股份的资金总额不超过6000万港元，股份购回计划的期限自本公告日期起至本公司于2025年举行下届股东周年大会之日止。
此外，腾盛博药宣布，公司已与VBI Vaccines, Inc.和其部分子公司("VBI")及其债权人K2 VBI Equity Trust, LLC 和K2 HealthVentures LLC重新签署协议，收购与BRII-179相关的知识产权(IP)及其他资产。根据协议，公司将完全收购BRII-179的专利、技术诀窍和相关材料，消除了需向VBI支付的所有未来里程碑款项和特许权使用费。腾盛博药将支付的总对价为1,800万美元。
