北京首都机场股份与旅业公司签署三年资源使用协议
财中社1月5日电北京首都机场股份（00694）发布公告，宣布与旅业公司签订旅业资源使用协议，协议自2025年1月4日起生效，期限为三年，至2028年1月3日止。根据协议，公司同意允许旅业公司使用北京首都机场2号航站楼及3号航站楼的指定场地资源，旅业公司将提供宾馆咨询预定服务、旅游咨询服务及其他相关服务。
此次协议的签订是基于2021年12月28日公告中提及的前旅业资源使用协议，该协议于2024年12月31日到期。经公开招商，旅业公司成为中标方。根据上市规则，旅业资源使用协议的交易与T3E酒店资源使用协议的交易汇总计算的最高适用百分比率高于0.1%但低于5%，因此需要遵守相关申报、年度审阅及公告规定，但不需要独立股东批准。
根据历史交易数据，前旅业资源使用协议项下的资源使用费在过去三年分别为372万元、409万元和429万元，年度上限均为600万元。新协议的年度上限为自2025年1月4日至2025年12月31日的209万元。
