1月8日金融一线消息，国家金融监督管理总局宿州监管分局行政处罚信息公开表显示，中国建设银行股份有限公司砀山支行因贷款管理不到位，被罚款30万元。

　　王祖威（时任中国建设银行砀山支行客户经理）因贷款管理不到位，被罚款5万元。
