汇丰环球研究报告指，内地30个主要城市去年第四季房屋销售整季维持强势，按季升69%至三年高，按年亦升12%。去年12月销售创21个月高，比5月第一轮政策宽松后的6月销量高出52%。
报告称，30个主要城市中，二线城市恢复最快，销售较9月放松政策前水平升182%，其中武汉、苏州及南京去年第四季销售按年升86%、44%及26%，跑赢上海及北京的16%及6%升幅。多个大城市二手销售去年12月升至4年高，显示需求强劲及潜在回流一手市场情况。二手房价亦回稳，中原一线城市询价指数反映减价倾向降低。
