Meta Platforms (META) named three new directors, including Dana White, president and chief executive of TKO Group Holdings' (TKO) Ultimate Fighting Championship and a supporter of US President-elect Donald Trump.
The two other new directors are John Elkann and Charlie Songhurst, Meta Chief Executive Mark Zuckerberg said late Monday.
Elkann is CEO of European investment firm Exor and chairman of two of its auto portfolio companies, Ferrari (RACE) and Stellantis (STLA), while Songhurst is a technology investor, Zuckerberg said.
