智通财经APP获悉，马鞍山钢铁股份(00323)现涨超7%，截至发稿，涨7.3%，报1.47港元，成交额2439.28万港元。
消息面上，马鞍山钢铁股份公布，为落实公司发展战略及业务规划，进一步优化业务板块，公司正筹划将本部钢铁主业相关资产、负债、人员、业务及公司持有的部分子公司股权以划转方式增资至马鞍山钢铁有限公司。
华泰证券此前指出，公司目前定位为钢铁央企-中国宝武“优特长材核心力量、板带材重要力量”。24年以来国内钢材需求拖累钢材价格下行，且降幅多于原料价格降幅，行业利润承压。公司24年前三季度合计亏损25.35亿元。行业利润是公司业绩扭转的关键因素，我们认为25-26年行业利润有望改善，关注国内供需两端政策落地情况。
