China Hongqiao Group (HKG:1378) will issue $330 million of 7.05% senior debts due 2028, according to a Tuesday filing with the Hong Kong Exchange.
The initial purchasers are China CITIC Bank International, Crédit Agricole CIB, UBS, Barclays, Guotai Junan International, BOC International, China International Capital Corp. (HKG:3908, SHA:601995), CMB International, DBS Bank, Deutsche Bank, Dragonstone Capital, Flow Capital, Fortune Origin Securities, Standard Chartered Bank (HKG:2888), SunRiver International Securities Group, and Haitong International, the filing said.
Proceeds from the offering will be used to refinance offshore debts and for general corporate purposes, the filing said.
The debts will be listed on the Singapore Exchange.
Shares slid 2% during Tuesday's morning trading.
